New MARADMIN authorizes Marine Corps Law Enforcement personnel to concealed carry on board a Marine Corps base while off duty if they have a current concealed carry permit. Read this directive.
If you are an Active Duty Marine who does not yet have your Concealed Carry Handgun permit, the first step in obtaining one is to take the class. Click here to register now. As the directive stated:
HQMC will continue to develop policy to address the total force
requirements for the carry, transport, and storage of concealed POFs
aboard Marine Corps property aligned with SECNAVINST 5500.37.
You will want to be prepared as these policies open up for more personnel.
