The first graduating NRA Pistol Instructor class from Home Front Freedom

What a fantastic time we had conducting our instructor class!  We had the privelage of getting to know 10 great instructor candidates over the last two days.  This talented group endured 16 hours of intense instruction on NRA policies and procedures, basic public speaking skills, training methodology, use of a training team and training aids, organizing a course, building a budget, and finally preparing to teach.  The two day course included role playing and taking turns working in teams and actually conducting portions of the course to other candidates who portray basic students.  This was done both in the classroom and on the range.  A great time was had by all who attended and we all benefited from the vast experience of this crew.
